Seeds of the plant cannabis sativa, hemp seed, contain all the essential amino acids and essential fatty acids necessary to maintain healthy human life. No other single plant source has the essential amino acids in such an easily digestible form, nor has the essential fatty acids in as perfect a ratio to meet human nutritional needs. WOW!

There are eight amino acids the human body cannot make and two more the body cannot make in sufficient quantity, making them essential to find through food. These amino acids are chained together to form structural proteins which give life to the body: they provide the fuel it needs to function. I wont load you up with the details on carboxyl groups, peptide chains, and globulins but... the amino acid combines with the carboxyl group (COOH) to form peptide links, or proteins. Hemp seed protein is unique because 65% of it is globulin edistin. Globulins are 1 of 7 classes of simple proteins and a major plasma protein that supplies nutrients to tissues and serves as a reservoir of available amino acids for the body. More importantly, these suckers are what help maintain and build your immunity against invading organisms. The best way to insure the body has enough amino acid material to make the globulins is to eat foods high in globulin proteins. HEMP SEEDS!!!  
If you're abstaining from meat or thinking about it, I suggest you start liking these guys- you won't find what they have to offer anywhere else although flax and chia do come close.
 
Enough science stuff, I throw these tiny little superstars on everything and sometimes just straight in my mouth. The easiest way for you to enjoy them may be by tossing them into a smoothie or on top of a salad, yeah? 
Don't even get me started about mangoes... First off, their insanely and perfectly delicious. They benefit digestion, enhance eyesight, better your sex (Vit E), boost your memory, and help give you softer, glowy skin.
*Beauty tip: apply mango pulp, or combine with Greek yogurt & honey, on your face for 15-20 min!

P.S. Now I'll research plant aminos vs. animal aminos. So much controversy about meat being essential because we can't get the aminos elsewhere, we'll see about that.
