9 Grain toast with almond butter, bananas, drizzled honey, and chia seeds
Mixed greens salad with strawberries, avocado, toasted herbs de provence pumpkin seeds, and dijon balsamic vinaigrette   IMG_7535 
I'm trying hard to write a food journal to keep track of daily intake but it's much harder than it seems. I think this is something everyone should try to manage... eating habits and perspectives begin to shift once you've written it all in ink.
