Refocusing

Things have been changing around here. The best thing about an emotional slump, more cooking and lots of shopping. I've been using whatever time I can find between school and work to create some fantastic food and put together some fun outfits.

Vegetarian enchilada filling(Mexican vegetable medley from heaven)
Roasted some Anaheim chiles, cut and seeded them, and cooked them into the base of the enchilada sauce. blended it all together. so yummy. I was inspired by those jars of all natural enchilada sauce I've seen in stores, its pretty simple and experimental!
